The Baldwin County DA’s Office Foundation exists to support the people, spaces, and services that keep our community safe. Through targeted initiatives in justice support, facility readiness, and community impact, the Foundation helps ensure staff have the resources, environments, and tools they need to serve effectively every day.
Justice Support
Helping cover required professional costs for staff, such as licensing and fees, so they can continue serving the community with excellence.

Providing furnishings, equipment, and workspaces that help the new DA’s building function smoothly and safely from day one.

Paddles for a Purpose Pickleball Tournament
Our primary fundraiser brings the community together to support the Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office. Proceeds help cover professional costs for staff, such as licensing and bar fees, and provide essential furnishings and equipment for the new District Attorney’s building so it can fully serve the community from day one.

Trey serves as Secretary/Treasurer, helping ensure strong governance and stewardship of resources. With experience in law and community service, he offers practical insight to support the Foundation’s mission.
Chair of Board
Jason serves as Chair and brings extensive leadership experience in public service. As CEO of North Baldwin Utilities, his leadership guides the Foundation’s mission to support public safety and community investment.
Vice Chair of Board
Scotty serves as Vice Chair, helping advance the mission through community engagement. With a background in law, Scotty offers insight into the needs of Baldwin County residents and justice initiatives.
